Returns and Exchange
Returns & Refunds

All Sales Are Final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please note, Wild Hearts Gang reserves the right to refuse all returns.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 14 days of receipt of the package. Customer must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip.

1st class UK: £4.70

2nd class UK: £4.10

Europe: £10.00

World Zone 1: £17.00

World Zone 1 generally covers countries in North America (excluding the USA), South America, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and South East Asia.

World Zone 2: £20

World Zone 3, this zone covers the USA.

(please note some countries may incur an import charge, that is charged to you by customs. Wild Hearts Gang cannot be held responsible for any customs related delays on deliveries.

YOUR DELIVERY TIME AND COSTS WILL BE CALCULATED AT THE CHECKOUT

Orders placed Monday to Friday up to 2pm BST (excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched within 24hrs. Orders placed after 2pm BST on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

All shipments are dispatched requiring a signature as proof of delivery. If you subsequently change the delivery method to one that does not require a signature for example ‘leave in a safe place’, then any issue arising from non-delivery of the shipment will no longer be the responsibility of Wild Hearts Gang

Any Change of Address needs to be authorised by Wild Hearts Gang if this is attempted via the delivery agent or by any other method then Wild Hearts Gang will not be held responsible for non-delivery of the shipment.
